How do I affiliate a tournament?

In order to affiliate a tournament there are three forms which need to be completed and returned to Cambridgeshire FA:

1. Affiliation Form

2. Risk Assessment for tournament (Mandatory for all youth tournaments and best practice for adult tournaments)

3. Form - D

Once the forms are complete please email them to info@cambridgeshirefa.com.

You will also need to pay an affiliation fee of £25. Payment can be made to:
